MEETING ROOM HIRE
The Venue offers three conference spaces that can accommodate between 15 to 100 delegates. All three spaces are equipped with projectors and have free WiFi access.
THE HIGHBURTON SUITE
Our largest conference space is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs and lift. It receives lots of daylight due to the large window overlooking the terrace. The room is air-conditioned, equipped with a digital projector, and can be set up in multiple styles, making it the ideal choice for conferences, exhibitions, presentations, business meetings, award ceremonies, and banqueting. The room can accommodate up to:
• 100 delegates in reception style
• 92 delegates in theatre style
• 64 delegates on long tables (three columns)
• 64 delegates in banquet style
• 48 delegates in classroom style
• 40 delegates in cabaret style
THE FARNLEY SUITE
The Farnley Suite is our medium size meeting room. The room is located on the first floor, and it is accessible by stairs and by lift. The more casual decoré of the room works well for informal meetings, presentations, small to medium size exhibitions and team away days. The Farnley Suite can host functions of up to:
• 60 delegates in reception style
• 60 delegates in theatre style
• 20 delegates in boardroom style
• 25 guests in cabaret style
THE GROUP ROOM
The Group Room is the smallest of our meeting rooms, and is ideal for small business meetings, and presentations of up to 16 delegates in boardroom style.
THE BREAKOUT ROOM
Our meeting rooms have access to a shared breakout room with a self-service tea & coffee station. Please kindly note that additional charges may apply for the use of the tea & coffee station if it is not already included in your package.
The meeting rooms at The Venue Huddersfield can be booked on a ‘room only’ basis, or as part of the Day Delegate Rate, and the 24 Hours Delegate Rate.
The Day Delegate Rate starts from £34.95 per delegate and includes the following:
• Conference room for up to 8 hours
• Free Wi-Fi
• Free on-site car park spaces
• Sandwich, or buffet lunch
• Access to a self-service tea and coffee station with water and biscuits
• Digital projector
• Stationery kit
• Dedicated events coordinator
The 24 Hours Delegate Rate starts from £124.95 per delegate and includes all of the above, with the addition of:
• Three course dinner with access to the events bar
• Overnight stay at The Venue Serviced Apartments
• Continental breakfast pack
